Job summary

Glow International Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to support daily operations across Glo Laser Centres & Glo Clinic in Klang Valley. You will coordinate inventory, assets, and SOPs while assisting with centre openings and project management.

The role requires a Diploma in relevant fields and 2–3 years in retail or service outlets, with travel between outlets and ability to work weekends during openings. English and Mandarin are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years in retail or service outlet operations, with hands-on new outlet/store opening experience — fit‑out, setup and launch coordination.
• Proven multi-outlet inventory and stock control experience.
• Strong project coordination skills and able to work to tight opening deadlines.
• Comfortable with Excel and inventory/POS systems; able to work with operational data and reporting.
• Willing to travel between outlets; able to work weekends during opening periods.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, F&B or fashion retail is an advantage.
• English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations coordination across all Glow centres.
• Manage inventory, stock transfers, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Training and Clinic Managers on operational needs.
• Prepare regular operations reports and support data analysis for performance.
• Oversee new outlet/clinic setup, renovations, and openings.
• Maintain facilities, contracts, procurement, and supplier liaison.
