Job summary

VGO Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support daily store operations across our Malaysia outlets. You will gain exposure to retail management and have clear career progression.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations with retail outlets, monitoring opening hours, arranging stock replenishment and inter-store transfers, and maintaining reports. The role prefers Mandarin speakers and requires at least SPM; basic Excel knowledge, good organization,

Qualifications

• Min requirement: SPM
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Able to communicate effectively with store teams
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking outlets)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with retail outlets
• Monitor store opening hours and basic store operations
• Arrange stock replenishment and inter-store transfers
• Monitor product sales and stock movement
• Update promoter schedules and follow up attendance
• Maintain retail reports and documentation
• Assist retail team during events or new store setup
