Job summary

Glow International Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a growing beauty and aesthetic group operating Glo Laser Centres & Glo Clinic across Klang Valley, seeks a Senior Operations Executive/Operations Executive to support daily operations and new outlet openings. You will coordinate inventory, vendor relations, and centre operations while ensuring KPI targets and compliance with quality, health and safety standards.

A Diploma and 2–3 years in retail/service ops are required, with travel and weekend

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin/Operations/Supply Chain.
• 2–3 years in retail or service outlet operations, with hands-on new outlet openings.
• Proven multi-outlet inventory and stock control experience.
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to meet opening deadlines.
• Comfortable with Excel and inventory/POS systems; able to work with operational data and reporting.
• Willing to travel between outlets; able to work weekends during openings.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, F&B or fashion retail is an advantage.
• English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Analyst Manager in coordinating daily operations and administrative needs of all Glo centres.
• Communicate with centres on operational issues such as delivery, stock, outlet supplies, and online orders.
• Manage inventory, stock transfers, stock takes, reconciliation and shrinkage control.
• Oversee centre assets, furniture, equipment, uniforms and accessories with proper records.
• Develop and implement company systems and SOPs including inventory and outlet support procedures.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Training and Clinic Managers on operational needs for new openings.
• Prepare regular operations reports and provide data support on stock movement and opening progress.
• Ensure activities meet quality, health and safety, legal, and environmental standards.
• Meet KPIs and target performance.
• Coordinate new centre/clinic setup, renovations, and site readiness.
• Manage equipment delivery, POS/system readiness, signage and merchandising for openings.
• Monitor timelines, budget, quality and safety for renovations and openings.
• Support outlet relocation and expansion projects with internal departments.
• Manage centre/clinic facilities (phone, internet, CCTV, electrical, plumbing, equipment, fire safety).
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs; follow up until closed out; oversee service providers.
• Manage procurement: supplier sourcing, quotations, delivery follow-ups, and contracts.
• Handle licences, permits and insurance renewals; maintain procurement documentation in line with policy.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company or manager.
