Job summary

ADDX is hiring a Fintech Operations Executive for a fully onsite role in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role welcomes fresh graduates and offers a path to grow in fintech, investment operations, and private markets while collaborating with experienced professionals.

You will process subscriptions and redemptions, support fund and pricing operations, perform reconciliations, and assist with regulatory reporting and post-trade settlement activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and performing reconciliation work.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow SOPs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process subscriptions and redemptions for investment funds and securities.
• Support entitlement and distribution processing in accordance with established procedures.
• Update and maintain daily fund and structured product pricing.
• Monitor distributions received from underlying assets and funds, identifying and escalating discrepancies when required.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and maintaining data accuracy.
• Support post-trade settlement activities and maintain complete transaction records.
• Maintain issuer fee schedules and monitor invoice payments for security token issuances.
• Update operational trackers and ensure data consistency across internal systems.
