Responsibilities include processing subscriptions and redemptions, pricing updates, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting while learning from experienced professionals in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and performing reconciliation work.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow SOPs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process subscriptions and redemptions for investment funds and securities.
• Support entitlement and distribution processing in accordance with established procedures.
• Update and maintain daily fund and structured product pricing.
• Monitor distributions received from underlying assets and funds, identifying and escalating discrepancies when required.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and maintaining data accuracy.
• Support post-trade settlement activities and maintain complete transaction records.
• Maintain issuer fee schedules and monitor invoice payments for security token issuances.
• Update operational trackers and ensure data consistency across internal systems.

About the Role

Please note that this is a fully onsite role based in Johor Bahru and requires candidates to work from our office on a full-time basis.
