Responsibilities

Conduct regular client engagements to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Coordinate cross-project teams, enforcing schedules, attendance and deadlines.
Lead project deliverables and supervise teams to meet quality standards.
Monitor and control project costs to minimize waste.
Establish and enforce ISO-aligned operational policies and documentation.
Oversee sites to ensure smooth operations and minimize complaints.
Supervise machinery maintenance and equipment usage.
Collaborate with HR on payroll data, reports, and admin needs.
Provide flexible operational leadership for ad-hoc tasks and cleaning/disinfection when needed.
