Job summary

Bee Cheng Hiang Hup Chong Foodstuff Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable operations/retail professional in the Johor area. The role focuses on retail support, customer servicing, business development, and regular retail audits to uplift sales and customer experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Hotel/Food tech degree with 3+ years in F&B operations or sales, strong English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to train for 3 months in Kuala Lumpur (accommodation provided) is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hotel management or Food tech with min 3 year(s) of relevant Food Industry working experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, sales, or a related role in F&B.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
• High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing and able to work retail hours
• Willing and able to work in non-HALAL workplace
• To attend retail training for 3 months at KL (accommodation provided)

Responsibilities

Job description

Working Location: 1 Position - Johor area. Key Responsibilities:

Retail Support: Work closely with the retail team to prepare and maintain accurate day-to-day operation. Facilitate and expedite the operation process by providing necessary support, including document preparation and follow-ups.

Customer Servicing: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints effectively. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target and company growth objectives.

Retail Audit: Schedule visit to the outlets at fixed interval to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet according to SOPs, maximizing sales profitability, and optimizing customer's experience.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop systems for monitoring and evaluating operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Barbecue skills: Must be able to master barbecue skills

Requirement:
