Job summary

MKN Odyssey Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Executive to handle administrative and customer service duties. The role involves supporting the Operation Coordinator and Directors, answering client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

You will prepare bid submissions, assist with tender documentation, and coordinate meetings while maintaining records. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administrative and Business Management.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Experience with Work Permits, Domestic Shipping License (DSL), Expatriate Service Division, SmartGEP Portal and PLMS is an added advantage.
• Familiar with contract conditions and administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operation Coordinator with bid submissions, tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Prepare responses to client inquiries.
• Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases.
• Coordinate company meetings and events with department assistants.
• Manage records of company policies and procedures.
