Transmedic, a leading medical device distributor in Malaysia, seeks a Diploma holder to manage sourcing, procurement, and inventory across multiple locations. You will coordinate with suppliers, oversee order fulfillment, and support the Sales team to ensure timely delivery of medical devices.
You will inspect goods, verify invoices with Finance, handle import/export logistics, perform stock counts, and help maintain GDPMD compliance.

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors in accordance with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
Provide comprehensive operational support to the Sales team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Manage purchasing activities by coordinating with regional operations, suppliers, and principals to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Verify supplier invoices and collaborate with the Finance departments to facilitate timely and accurate payment processing.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, resolve order-related issues and customer enquiries, manage customer complaints, and continuously improve order processing workflows.
Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring stock availability, inventory accuracy, traceability, and cost-effective inventory management through regular stock audits and replenishment planning.
Collaborate with the Sales team to generate purchase replenishment based on inventory requirements, demand forecasts, and customer needs.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee periodic stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
Receive, inspect, pick, pack, label, and store medical devices in accordance with company procedures, manufacturer requirements, and GDPMD guidelines, ensuring product integrity and traceability.
Manage product complaints from receipt through investigation, follow-up, documentation, and closure in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate import and export shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and logistics activities by working closely with freight forwarders, courier services, transport providers, and internal dispatch teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Verify freight and logistics invoices for accuracy.
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and GDPMD requirements.
Participate in an on-call standby rotation to provide operational support after working hours, on weekends, and during public holidays.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and coordinate with logistics teams to meet Sales and customer delivery commitments.
Comply with the GDPMD requirements, applicable regulatory requirements, and all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Diploma or above in any disciplines.
Candidate with 2-3 years working experience in related field and familiar with SAP system will be an advantage.
Good command of English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment & work independently.
PC literate.
Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
