We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This is a full-time position responsible for managing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating product deliveries to customers and retail partners. The successful candidate will ensure that products are properly stored, accurately accounted for, and delivered to the right destinations in a timely and efficient manner.

This role is essential to ensuring smooth distribution operations and maintaining reliable product fulfilment for our growing network of TCG retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure physical stock counts match inventory records.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring all products and quantities are accurate before shipment.

Assign and coordinate product deliveries to customers and retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.

Monitor delivery progress, maintain delivery records, and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
Receive incoming stock, verify product quantities against delivery orders or invoices, and update inventory records accordingly.

Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies, missing items, or damaged products.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, incoming and outgoing shipments, delivery orders, and inventory transactions.

Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe, with products stored in designated locations.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to delivery schedules and stock availability.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling stock counts and order fulfilment.

Ability to manage inventory records accurately and identify discrepancies.

Good coordination and time management skills to manage multiple orders and delivery schedules.

Ability to handle, sort, pack, and move products as required.

Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.

Reliable, punctual, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills for coordinating with customers, delivery personnel, and internal departments.

Knowledge of trading card games (TCGs) or experience handling TCG products is an advantage.

A valid driving licence and willingness to assist with deliveries, if required by the role.
