Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Management Executive to oversee receiving, stock transfers and stock control for our Kuala Lumpur outlets and warehouse.

You will ensure accurate ERP-based inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with purchasing, outlets and couriers to keep stock flowing smoothly. Diploma/SPM candidates with at least 1 year in warehouse work are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM with at least 1 year in warehouse or inventory.
• Familiar with inventory systems and basic Excel.
• Organised, careful and accountable for stock accuracy.
• Able to handle physical work; driving licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Perform GRN and stock transfers between warehouse and outlets.

We are looking for a Retail Warehouse Executive to run receiving, stock transfers and stock control for our outlets.

Job location:

Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (warehouse & outlet operations)

Key responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch

Perform GRN and stock transfers between warehouse and outlets

Conduct regular stock counts and serial number checks

Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system

Coordinate with purchasing, outlets and couriers on deliveries

Requirements:

Diploma/SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience

Familiar with inventory systems; basic Excel skills

Organised, careful and accountable for stock accuracy

Able to handle physical work

Driving licence is an advantage
