• Basic computer skills for inventory records, orders, and tracking deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure stock counts match records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch with accurate quantities.
• Coordinate product deliveries to customers and retail partners for timely fulfilment.
• Monitor delivery progress, maintain records, and follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Receive incoming stock, verify quantities against delivery orders or invoices, and update records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies; maintain inventory movement records.
• Ensure warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe with proper storage locations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to fulfil orders according to schedules and stock availability.
