Job summary

DCS MAJU (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily site operations and coordinate across multiple locations. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, monitor staff attendance, and liaise with supervisors to resolve site issues.

Ideal candidates have a minimum degree, 1–3 years' experience in cleaning or facilities, good communication, basic leadership, and proficiency with Excel and reporting apps. Willingness to travel across sites and own transport is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, property maintenance, facilities, or related industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and basic leadership skills.
• Able to handle foreign workers and site coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting & Apps usage).

We are looking for a committed and hands-on Operations Executive to support daily site operations and ensure smooth coordination across all assigned locations.

Assist in managing daily operations across multiple sites

Ensure strict compliance with company SOP and client requirements

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance

Conduct site inspections and report operational issues

Coordinate manpower deployment and replacements

Ensure proper usage of chemicals, machinery, and stock control

Liaise with supervisors and assist in resolving site matters

Prepare and submit daily operational reports
