Job summary

Omega Pork Noodle Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on, experienced and responsible F&B professional to work closely with management as a right-hand person in daily business and operations. You will assist with daily operations, monitor outlet performance, lead teams, and drive service standards across multiple outlets.

Mandarin communication is required. The role requires 3–5 years in F&B, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently, travel between outlets, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years F&B/restaurant experience.
• Strong experience in F&B operations.
• Outlet/Area/Operations management experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good at building team spirit and staff morale.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.
• Mandarin communication skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boss/Management in daily business operations.

• Follow up on Management's instructions and action plans.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Purchasing & Marketing.
• Conduct outlet visits and operational checks.
• Handle urgent operational issues and follow through until resolved.
• Assist with new outlet opening, training and improvement projects.
• Prepare operational updates and reports for Management.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling Management matters.
