PolicyStreet Group is a full-stack insurtech group providing digital insurance solutions across Asia and Australia. We are looking for experts in SEO or articles content writing to support and execute organic growth initiatives for the business.

This role is execution-focused, but requires strong thinking ability - you will translate SEO strategy into high-quality content, optimization, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO or content-related field.
• Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written).
• Proven ability to produce insightful/thought-led articles.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with: Google Search Console (GSC), GA4, Google Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keyword Research & Optimization: Identify opportunities based on search intent.
• Content & On-Page Optimization: Produce and publish thought leadership articles aligned with search intent.
• Technical SEO Coordination: Identify issues and work with Marketing and IT on best practices.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor content and keyword strategies to identify gaps.
• SEO Awareness: Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Keyword Research & Optimization: Perform ongoing keyword research and identify opportunities based on search intent


• Content & On-Page Optimization: Optimize, produce and publish thought leadership / insight-driven articles that matches search intent


• Technical SEO Coordination: Able to identify SEO issues and collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing, IT) to ensure technical SEO best practices.


• Performance Tracking & Report : Track and report data to managers and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.


• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor content and keyword strategies and identify gaps and opportunities for growth


• SEO Awareness: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO / content relevant field.


• Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written)


• Proven ability to produce insightful/though-led articles
