Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing or a related field — or equivalent practical capability.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to juggle several tasks reliably.
• Good written communication in Bahasa Malaysia (required) and English.
• Comfortable with digital tools — spreadsheets, accounting software (or willingness to learn), and AI tools.
• Proactive, dependable, and genuinely eager to learn and take on more.
• Able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Aufgaben

• Delivery & fulfilment operations: prepare daily deliveries, route planning, labeling and packing.
• Coordinate collections and hand-offs with delivery riders and courier partners.
• Keep storage, inventory and fulfilment area organised and audit-ready.
• Enter client orders into the production workflow for the team to fulfil.
• Generate invoices accurately and issue them to clients upon approval.
• Record client payments and attach payment confirmations in QuickBooks.
• Manage ongoing orders and communication with existing clients.
• Handle client inquiries professionally, escalate pricing matters when needed.
• Build reliable, friendly working relationships that reflect well on Olly's.
• Coordinate event logistics end to end: crew, drivers, equipment and printed materials.
• Liaise with printing partners for stickers, foam boards and other collateral.
• Ensure each event is well-prepared and runs smoothly.
