Job summary

You will support daily operations, assist with order fulfillment, delivery logistics and data management, and gain hands-on experience through collaboration with data vendors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and an understanding of operational processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers and team members to ensure smooth processes.
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of records and databases.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve customer requests and operational issues.
• Identify and escalate operational issues and drive improvements.
