Job summary

Experian PLC in Kuala Lumpur invites students to join as an intern, offering exposure across multiple operational activities and a chance to gain course credit.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
• Identify and elevate operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements.
