Zusammenfassung

Experian is offering an internship in Malaysia designed to expose you to a broad range of operational activities. You will support daily operations, assist with order fulfillment, delivery logistics and data management, and gain hands-on experience through collaboration with data vendors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and an understanding of operational processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.

• Identify and escalate operational issues and drive improvements.

Job Description

You will be offered an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple activities while contributing to the smooth execution of operational processes. Interns will be eligible for course credit.

What You'll be doing:

• Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
• Identify and elevate operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the team:

• High school diploma, general education qualification, or equivalent.
• With a good understanding and appreciation of operational processes.
