Job summary

Experian Malaysia is offering an internship program designed to expose you to multiple activities and ensure the smooth execution of operational processes. Interns will be eligible for course credit.

You will provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative tasks, while coordinating with vendors and teams to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good understanding of operational processes.

• Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
• Identify and elevate operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements.
