Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma certificate with related experience.
• Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• IT literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work after office hours, on weekends and public holidays (whenever required).
• Good personality, pleasant appearance and able to communicate to the public.
• Able to coach and supervise junior staff.

Aufgaben

• Cashiering: generate patient bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds with approvals.
• Billing: enter/update charges, verify accuracy before discharge, and respond to bill inquiries.
• Admission: update room charges and procedures, collect data, coordinate with MCO for insurance letters.
• MCO Clerk: submit Initial Guarantee Letters, ensure insurance forms are completed timely, and relay feedback from insurers.
• Daily operations: ensure GL validity, prepare documents for submission to Insurance/MCO, and support related tasks.
• Relief duties: cover other staff during absences and handle ad hoc requests from Business Office leadership.
