Job summary

Hong Leung Shoe Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide daily administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth business operations and timely processing of documents.

You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Accounts, liaise with customers and suppliers, monitor orders, update inventory, and prepare routine reports while maintaining accurate records in the company system.

• Daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare, update and maintain documents, reports, records and filing.
• Assist in processing delivery orders, invoices and related documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse and Accounts departments on operational matters.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters and other relevant parties regarding orders and deliveries.

• Assist in checking and updating inventory and stock-related records.
• Prepare daily, weekly or monthly operational reports when required.
• Ensure all operational documents are properly recorded and filed for easy reference.
