Job summary

CYL YOON LOONG SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a responsible Outlet Assistant to help ensure outlets are prepared for business, monitor store conditions, and comply with SOPs.

You will assist supervisors, coordinate with HQ, handle customer inquiries, and support Sales & Marketing activities while ensuring stock takes and planogram updates are completed as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM
• Experience: Minimum 1 years related working experiences will be advantages

Responsibilities

• To assist in monitor all outlet and store condition are ready for business at all time
• Monitor all company rules & regulations and SOP practice accordingly
• To assist Supervisor / Operation Executive in follow up government relevant matters as when needed
• To assist Operation Executive / Operation Manager coordinate and communicate with HQ backend to ensure daily, weekly or monthly routine duties complete as per schedule
• Assist Operation team to prepare stock take with make sure outlet planogram is updated and ensure outlet stock take accomplish as planning
• Assist to handle customer inquiries or complaints in a polite manner
• Assist and support all Sales, Marketing and promotional activities and feedback relevant issue to Operation Team
• Multitasking in assist to resolve and support all Outlet as when needed
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior
