Job summary

Ton Xing Yuan Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Supervisor in Penang to lead daily store operations, set and drive sales targets, and motivate the team to achieve goals.

The role rewards strong communication, leadership, and a proactive attitude, with training provided for those without prior experience. Expect to manage staff, monitor inventory and displays, ensure excellent customer service, and supervise weekend shifts.

Qualifications
