Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative work, filing and documentation
• Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders and related documents
• Follow up customer payments and maintain payment records
• Coordinate delivery and logistics arrangements
• Assist with purchasing and follow up with suppliers
• Assist with basic HR matters such as attendance, leave and staff documentation
• Update records using SQL Accounting
• Provide general administrative support to colleagues when required
