Job summary

Hans Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a responsible Operation Admin Assistant to join our team. You will focus on supplier coordination, shipment execution, and providing operational support to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

You will work closely with international suppliers from local, China and Germany, forwarders, and internal teams in a structured environment. Fresh grads or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or coordination roles are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh grads or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or coordination roles are welcome.
• Strong communication & analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Comfortable to coordinate with multiple parties and follow through on tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on order details, production status, and readiness timelines.
• Liaise with forwarders on booking, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance.
• Ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Ensure accuracy of operational documents (e.g. PO, GRN, BL, CI, PL).
• Assist in periodic stock take & generate monthly inventory report.
• Maintain proper filing & traceability of key documents for audit purposes.
• Coordinate basic office-related matters (utilities & service providers).
