Responsibilities

To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deadline provided.
To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues.
To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities.
To assist operation in daily administrative activities.
To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
To analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
