Job summary

Qualifications

• Comfortable to coordinate with multiple parties and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing, and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Receive, verify and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage and track shipments, returns, and deliveries to meet customer expectations and timelines.
