SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Support professional in Malaysia (Ipoh) to ensure day-to-day food preparation and service run smoothly, in line with company SOP, while delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting outlet teams.

The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 1 year in F&B, strong leadership, and good English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Willingness to travel to outlets, work long hours, and cover local and outstation sites; salary up to

• Own transport and willingness to travel required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation align with SOP.
• Provide high-quality service to customers.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with management and outlets.
• Manage staff productivity and performance.
• Travel to various outlets as scheduled and cover local/outstation sites.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed.

-To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.

-Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.

-Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.

-Collaborate with the management and AEON management.

-Keeps work area clean and organize.

-Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.

-Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

-Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.

-Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.

-Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).

-Assist food safety audit and halal department.

-Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Work according to shift.-Arrange schedule.

-Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.

-Cover local & outstation outlet.

-Will based in KL outlet.

-T'ravel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management

-Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

Requirement:

-Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

-Strong background in F&B line-A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.

-Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way

-Good attitude with detail

-oriented and serious person

-Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

-Possess own transport for work-Able to work in long hours & travel within states

-Able to get incentive if achieve good performance
