Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, food preparation, and customer service in our F&B outlet network.

The role requires strong leadership, a Diploma, and willingness to travel to outlets, including KL, to ensure standards and SOPs are met. You will manage staff productivity, assist with inventory and halal/compliance matters, and support management in achieving KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and food preparation per SOP.
• Provide high quality service to customers.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Manage staff productivity and performance.
• Record and analyze sales and stock daily.
• Assist in halal matters, pest control and audits.
• Attend to customer complaints and feedback.
• Travel to outlets as scheduled and cover local/outstation sites.

• To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
• Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
• Keeps work area clean and organize.
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
• Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
• Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
• Assist food safety audit and halal department.
• Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work according to shift.-Arrange schedule.
• Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.
• Cover local & outstation outlet.
• Will based in KL outlet.
• T'ravel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
• Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background in F&B line-A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
• Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way
• Good attitude with detail
• oriented and serious person
• Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
• Possess own transport for work-Able to work in long hours & travel within states
• Able to get incentive if achieve good performance

• Salary up to RM3,000++ with OT/allowances
