Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations role based in KL with travel to multiple outlets. Lead a team, ensure SOP adherence, and deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced F&B environment.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 1 year in the field, with strong leadership, communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, and willingness to travel across states. Training provided and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong background in F&B with leadership skills.
• Mature and professional demeanor.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day operations and food preparation follow SOP.
• Provide good quality service to customers.
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area are conducive, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Make sure sales & stock analysis tallies daily.
• Ensure all raw materials are of good quality before serving.
• Record and update halal matters (pest control & audit).
• Assist food safety audit and halal department.
• Attend to customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Work according to shift and arrange schedules.
• Travel outlet to outlet based on schedule; cover local & outstation outlets.

-To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.

-Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.

-Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.

-Collaborate with the management and AEON management.

-Keeps work area clean and organize.

-Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.

-Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

-Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.

-Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.

-Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).

-Assist food safety audit and halal department.

-Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Work according to shift.-Arrange schedule.

-Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.

-Cover local & outstation outlet.

-Will based in KL outlet.

-T'ravel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management

-Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

Requirement:

-Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

-Strong background in F&B line-A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.

-Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way

-Good attitude with detail

-oriented and serious person

-Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

-Possess own transport for work-Able to work in long hours & travel within states

-Able to get incentive if achieve good performance
