Job summary

Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd in Penang, Batu Kawan, is seeking a Semiconductor Assembly Operator to operate and monitor assembly machines, perform machine setup and calibration, and handle wafers and dies under a microscope. You will conduct visual inspections for defects, record production data, follow SOPs and safety rules, maintain cleanroom protocols, and support yield enhancement.

Basic computer literacy and willingness to rotate shifts are required; 1–2 years in semiconductor manufacturing

Qualifications
