The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is assisting a well-established Malaysian company in seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to plan and execute cost-effective production and process engineering initiatives. You will lead a team of executives and operators, supervise subcontractors, and drive quality and productivity improvements across the plant.

Responsibilities include staff development, materials management, and coordinating ISO9001-related activities.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years working experience in manufacturing knowledge and management skills related to batch assembly operations and process engineering.
• Experience applying quality and productivity improvement tools.
• Experience in Semiconductor industries is an added advantage.

Plan and achieve cost-effective manufacturing operations (production & process engineering) in support of the company’s business.

Lead and manage a team comprising executive and operative staff. Supervise on-site subcontractor activities to ensure full compliance with the company’s requirements.

Continually drive quality and productivity improvements.

Recruit and retain the right people to be part of the team. Continually develop team members and build the team in line with the company’s strategy.

Manage consigned materials (components, equipment, tooling, etc.) to ensure accountability to customers and availability for production.

Coordinate activities related to ISO9001 certification requirements with Quality manager.

To perform any other tasks as and when required by the management from time to time

Job Requirement:

Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 4 years working experiences in manufacturing knowledge and management skills related to batch assembly operations and process engineering.

Working knowledge and skills related to the application of quality and productivity improvement tools.

Have working experience in Semiconductor industries will be added advantage
