Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery of import/export containers and to coordinate with customer service on requirements. The role involves planning driver schedules, managing PMs and trailer checks for roadworthiness, and liaising with drivers on maintenance and diesel procedures.

Flexibility for shifts, on-call, weekends, and public holidays is required. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Logistics or related field, have shipping experience, and

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of import/export containers to customers.
• Liaise and communicate with customer service on customer requirements.
• Plan and arrange drivers for trip planning/schedules.
• Ensure all PMs and trailers are on time for servicing, road tax renewal, and Puspakom inspection.
• Liaise with drivers on PM and trailer checklists to ensure roadworthiness.
• Communicate with drivers on maintenance and diesel procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

To ensure on time of delivery of import/export containers to customer

To liase and communicate with customer service on customers requirement

To plan & arrange driver's on the trips planning/schedules

To ensure all pm & trailers are on time for normal servicing, road tax renew & puskapom inspection

To liase with driver's on the pm & trailers checklist to ensure road worthy on the road

To communicate with driver's on the maintenance & diesel procedures

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements :

At least have Diploma in Logistics or related field

Have experience on shipping

Proficient in basic computer skills, good public relations skills & a collaborative team player

Able to work on shifts, on-call, weekends, and public holidays.
