Job summary

Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across its outlets in Malaysia, coordinating with store teams and head office, and optimizing stock control, merchandising and performance. The role includes driving sales and promotional initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, especially in fashion or apparel.
• Must be available to work during weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with store teams and HQ to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage stock movements including deliveries, returns, transfers, and replenishments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across outlets to assess operations, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and store productivity.
• Develop promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Provide coaching, training, and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Recognize and reward staff performance to boost morale and retention.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by top management.

Job Requirements
