Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production planning and operations coordinator to plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations. You will manage manpower, machines, and production resources to meet production requirements on time and with quality.

You will identify delays and bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, maintain 5S, hygiene, health and safety standards, and report performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operattons to exceed customers’
• Manage and allocate manpower, machines and production resources according to production requirements
• Identify production delays, bottlenecks and capacity constraints and take appropriate corrective actions
• Ensure shopfloor are of good 5S, require hygiene practtces, health and safety regulations are met, and comply with company’s policy
• Report production performance, risks, major issues, and take improvement actions in a timely manner
• Organizing and instructing maintenance team to carry out the scheduled Total Preventive Management (TPM) of production equipment
• Analyse production data and drive further improvement (i.e. productivity improvement, waste reduction, etc.)
• Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of organization
