Job summary

Andamex sdn bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is hiring a Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound goods, stock records, and delivery coordination.

The role requires supervising warehouse staff, performing stock takes, labeling, and ensuring orders meet specifications. You will liaise with sales and logistics providers to maintain efficiency and on-time distribution.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods from inbound and outbound bounds and manage unloading/loading as necessary
• Record stock in and out systematically and produce weekly stock movement reports
• Labeling
• Set up the warehouse arrangement guidelines and system and report issues to management
• Supervise workers/operation officers to perform warehouse arrangement and storage management
• Perform stock takes
• Delivery: arrange schedule for goods delivery and coordinate with operation officer/drivers
• Ensure deliveries meet PO and retailers’ specifications
• Coordinate with sales manager, third party logistic companies, and retailers distribution centres or outlets to ensure smooth delivery and 98% efficiency
• Find logistics companies/workers and propose to management in case of insufficient manpower
• Customs/logistics for inbound arrangement: coordinate third party on customs clearance and unload into warehouse
• Ad-hoc: perform stock taking at assigned outlets (ad-hoc basis)
• Other tasks as required by management

Job description

Be able to supervise worker/operation officer to perform warehouse arrangement/storage management

Delivery

Arrange schedule for goods delivery and coordinate with operation offer/drivers

Ensure the delivery as per PO and retails’ specification

Coordinate with sale manager, third party logistic company and retails distribution centre or/and outlets to ensure smooth delivery and achieve 98% efficiency

Be able to find logistics company/workers and propose to management in the case of insufficient manpower

Custom/logistics for inbound arrangement

Be able to coordinate the third party on custom clearance matter and arrange unloading into warehouse.

Ad-hoc

Be able to perform stock taking at assigned outlets (ad-hoc basis)

Other task as required by management
