Job summary

GPL Group of Companies (Sabah) is seeking an Operation Executive to manage overall operations, including revenue and costs, people management, and customer service, across Malaysia. You will understand customer needs and build strong relations with key accounts to deliver top hospitality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will lead a team, support marketing activities, ensure cleanliness, and contribute to sales profitability.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any field or its equivalent.

What you need to do: -

Responsible for overall operations including revenue and cost management, people management, and customer service management.

Understand customer's needs and built strong relations with key accounts.

To provide the highest level of hospitality and quality services.

Passion for continuous learning and self-development

Lead a team of staff. Work as a team and managing the team.

Responsible for sales and profitability of the club.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and general upkeep.

Support marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.

Prepare reports related to operations, manpower and sales for management review.

What we need from you: -
