Job summary

GPL Group of Companies (Sabah) is seeking an Operation Executive to manage overall operations, including revenue and costs, people management, and customer service, across Malaysia. You will understand customer needs and build strong relations with key accounts to deliver top hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any field or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required languages: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Aggressive, team player and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including revenue and cost management.
• Lead people management and customer service across clubs.
• Understand customer needs and build strong relations with key accounts.
• Ensure highest level of hospitality and quality services.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
• Prepare reports on operations, manpower and sales for management.
