Job summary

A BITE OF CHINA SDN BHD is seeking a diligent outlet operative to support daily store operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers cashier tasks, order processing, and data entry, with focus on consistency with company standards.

The candidate will assist in staffing rosters, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to smooth day-to-day performance, including weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, F&B, or outlet operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with POS/cashier systems or willing to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily outlet operations.
• Process outlet orders and perform system data entry.
• Handle cashier duties, including POS system operations and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare and coordinate staff work schedules (shift rostering).
• Assist in monitoring daily operations and ensuring company standards are followed.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic customer service support.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Store Manager.
