Job summary

CBNS Corporation is seeking warehouse staff in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The role involves receiving, checking, picking, and general operations support to maintain efficient warehouse flow.

You will unload goods, verify documents, inspect items, label and store stock, and update the inventory system. Opportunities for promotion and benefits are offered; commuting locally is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming goods from suppliers.
• Check delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists against received items.
• Inspect items for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Label and store items in designated locations.
• Update inventory system with accurate stock-in information.
• Review order sheets or system-generated picking lists.
• Accurately pick items from storage areas according to orders.
• Handle products with care to avoid damage.
• Prepare items for packing and dispatch.
• Verify picked items against order sheets or system records.
• Ensure correct quantity, product code, and quality before packing.
• Report any missing, wrong, or damaged items immediately.
• Assist in stock counts and cycle counting activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Assist in labeling, tagging, and arranging stock.
• Support packing and loading activities when required.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Cooperate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
