Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operations Support professional to join our team in Penang. The role focuses on daily operational tasks, inventory coordination, and maintaining accurate data records to support smooth production workflows.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in operations support, strong data-entry skills, and good communication. Knowledge of ISO and FSSC standards is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an operations support role ( in food manufacturing shall be beneficial ).
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or food industry operations is a plus.
• Compliances to ISO & FSSC standaard

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with different departments to manage inventory and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and data entry.
• Support the operations manager in planning and executing operational strategies.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Handle administrative duties related to operations, such as scheduling and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
