Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable warehouse operator to assist daily hub/warehouse operations at our Johor Iskandar Puteri site.

You will monitor inbound and outbound parcel flows, assist with manpower planning, supervise teams, and ensure adherence to SOP and safety procedures. The role involves hands-on tasks and collaboration with drivers, riders, and other departments to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily hub/warehouse operations, including parcel sorting, scanning, bagging, loading and unloading
• Monitor daily inbound and outbound parcel flow and ensure operations run according to schedule
• Assist the Operation Supervisor in manpower arrangement and task allocation
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and operational performance
• Ensure all team members follow SOP and safety procedures
• Assist in checking delivery, pickup, pending and problem parcel status
• Prepare and update daily operation reports and data
• Identify operational issues and report them to the Operation Supervisor/Manager
• Coordinate with drivers, riders, warehouse staff and other departments to resolve operational issues
• Learn to handle team supervision and basic people management
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization and efficiency of the operation area
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
