Job summary

Ideal Gemilang Resources in Port Klang is seeking a capable Operations Assistant to support daily trucking operations, coordinate with drivers, and help ensure on-time deliveries.

You will handle data entry, use Excel and PowerPoint, and work on shift in Telok Gong. Diploma or degree holders are welcome.

• To ensure daily operation are being carried out smoothly
• To take charge of transportation service arrangement and customer service
• To solve problems pertaining to smooth delivery of all trucking tasks
• To coordinate closely with drivers on daily operations
• To facilitate driver replacement to ensure the commitment to the customers
• To assist the Operation Department task, data entry key-in and arrange company araangement
