Job summary

The Italian Baker Sdn Bhd in Ipoh is seeking a Fleet & Operations Coordinator to plan, organize and ensure daily transport operations from factory to depot. You will monitor, guide and assist subordinates in their daily tasks, while maintaining records for fleet, vendor, warehouse and transportation management.

You will also review vendor performance, prepare management reports and contribute to the development of subordinates' capabilities, ensuring fleets are well maintained and warehouse best

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and ensure daily transport operation to run smoothly from factory to depot.
• Monitor, guide and assist subordinates in their daily operation tasks.
• Maintain proper records for Fleet Management, Vendor Management, Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
• Monitor and review vendors and suppliers on their performance, service level and costings.
• Prepare and monitor reports and analysis for the management.
• Coach, guide and assist in developing subordinates’ capabilities.
• Ensure all fleets are timely maintained and in good conditions.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse best practices.
• Handle and lead operation emergencies related to fleets, warehouse and events.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties within transportation, warehousing and fleet management as assigned.
