Job summary

MVC Resources in Malaysia seeks a Lean Six Sigma specialist to drive deployment and process optimization at the site through training, project coaching, and Kaizen facilitation.

You will lead Yellow and Green Belt certifications, eliminate waste to shorten cycle times, coach teams on RCPS, and leverage data analytics and AI tools to accelerate documentation and track financial targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized body (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience facilitating Kaizen events independently — required.
• Experience completing at least one full DMAIC project from Define through Control with documented quality, lead time, or financial benefit.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, industrial equipment production, or precision manufacturing. Experience conducting or supporting MSA / GR&R studies.
• Exposure to SPC monitoring and statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead Yellow and Green Belt certifications.

• Coach teams on Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to accelerate project documentation, track financial targets and foster continuous improvement culture.
