Job summary

Swisslog is seeking an onsite software support specialist to provide timely service after project completion. You will coordinate with the Level 2 team in Malaysia to restore operations quickly and maintain systems in optimal condition.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in Java, with strengths in analytical thinking, problem solving, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite software support following project implementation and meet service levels.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and Level 2 support team in Malaysia.
• Assist with system commissioning and on-site deployment during projects.
• Record and track incidents in the CMMS system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Perform regular onsite system inspections and maintenance to ensure reliability.
