Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited seeks an IT Support professional to provide L2/L3 support for our manufacturing IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot end-user devices, servers and network issues, install and configure software and hardware, and coordinate with vendors during procurement and warranty services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, English fluency, and ITIL familiarity, with a Diploma/Bachelors in IT and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT related field.
MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA certifications preferred.
2+ years of LAN, Network, Servers and PC experience.
Proficient in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Receive, respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve IT problems from internal customers.
Log and track PC problems, incidents and service requests in an ITSM system.
Perform software installation, updates and configuration.
Install, configure and deploy computers.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Provide status updates and resolution communication to users.
Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking and audits.
Maintain accurate asset records and documentation.
Handle IT hardware procurement and warranty services.
Support IT infrastructure including network, wifi and AV equipment.
Coordinate IT projects, office moves and technology refresh initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase.
Assist with training for new hires.
Work with Managers to set priorities and troubleshoot advanced issues.
Adhere to quality, safety and corporate policies.
Liaise with vendors and Purchasing teams.
