Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support and manage plant IT infrastructure. The role covers hardware, software, networking, servers, and PI/TESSA systems on site.

You will diagnose and fix issues, monitor network performance, and support Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms like VMware/Hyper-V. Diploma or degree in IT-related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure or onsite support.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for devices and peripherals.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments.
• Log incidents and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and backups.
