Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an on-site Field Technical Support specialist in Malaysia to deliver on-site software services, pre/post-sales support, and service delivery at partner or customer offices. You will resolve complex incidents, apply advanced technical knowledge across server and applications environments, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning solutions with SLAs.
